we eat many foods .some foods gain weight and some food help to reduce fate.so we have to choose food when  we eat. There are many food which help to reduce fate.





There are some food if we take them in our daily routine they will help us. But first we have to change our our life style .Because if we do not change our life style we can not  get our aim because we really need to understand that weight loss or weight gain its all depends on our life style.

So now we discuss some food ;

1  Vegetables

                     They are low in calories and high in fiber, They helps feel full  and we get high amount of nutrients. Specially  green vegetables we should include in our daily routine. load up on non - starchy vegetables like broccoli, spinach, kale and cauliflower. One bowl of salad is very good for daily weight loss routine.

2  Fruits
                
               Fruits contain  natural sugars, they are also rich in vitamins and fibers . They also help to improve digestive system  . kiwi, papaya, apples, melons should include in our daily routine but remember that fruits are healthy but  excessively consumed of fruits  cause gain weight. 

3  Greek  Yogurt

                             It is high in protein .We can use in salad, desert, milk shake and  also use in breakfast.  Some Greek yogurt contain probiotics , which are beneficial bacteria that can support digestive  health. 
Because digestive health is very important for weight lose.

4    Green  Tea
                         
                         About green tea some studies suggest that the antioxidants in green tea may boost metabolism and helps weight loss.

5    Water

                 If we really want weight loss our body should be hydrated. Water is important for overall health . Some thirst is mistaken for hunger

      So if we follow a balance diet then we will never face the issue of weight gain.
